Crystal Langford

Crystal ( co-owner of Willow & Co Spa), has trained in Massage Therapy, Reiki, Nursing as well as Cosmetology. She loves meeting new people and creating a compassionate connection. She enjoys sunshine and being near water. Life is always busy being a mom of three and dog mom. In any free time she can find, she enjoys cooking, reading and learning new things. Helping people leave feeling better inside and out is her greatest joy- along with sushi.

Rachel Rademaker

Rachel (co-owner) is a Grand Rapids native that has made her home in Owosso. She lives with her fiancé and is a dog mom to the sweetest little girl Clover. She feel in love with hair in 2018. She has hiked Machu Pichu. Her favorite show is Criminal Minds and her motto is “Don’t take anything too seriously”.

Payton Beamish

Hi! I am Payton and i offer lash extensions and various lash and brow services at Willow and Co! I graduated from the Esthetics program at Mott Community College in 2022 and have been lashing ever since as it quickly became my favorite service to offer. I love the tedious work in lashing and seeing my clients reactions is always so fun and rewarding! Bayley Sampson

Bayley is a 2019 graduate of the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage and has been licensed for over three years. She specializes in helping people with upper body pain primarily neck and shoulders. Something she is well know for is helping clients achieve mental rest, and has many fall asleep on the table. She also holds certification in oncology massage for cancer patients. In her free time she enjoy movies, music and spending time with her tiny chihuahua.

Carly White

Carly is an Owosso native and graduate of Owosso High School. She grew up as a competitive dancer and appears in various performances at the Lebowsky Center for Performing Arts. Carly continued her education at Protégé Academy in East Lansing, Mi. She especially loves blonding and dimensional color.

I am graduate from Douglas J Aveda Institute. I was born and raised in Owosso. As an esthetician my mission is to make everyone feel beautiful in their own skin. In my free time I enjoy doing makeup, painting, and working out!

Kate Fruchey

Kate completed her massage and bodywork training at McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland, CA. and has been practicing since 2016. While her practice is rooted in Swedish Massage and Craniosacral therapy, she also utilizes Listening Touch Acupressure in each session in order to best meet her clients’ needs. As a practitioner, Kate has a deep appreciation for the effect that relaxation and touch have on our health. This informs all of her work, regardless of the techniques she is working with.
